Have a special day!

Tabata Workout!

In principle you can do the TABATA workout in different exercises. You have to use especially exercises which involve many and large muscle groups or claim the cardiovascular system. The following exercises are particularly suitable:

  • Sprints
  • Push Ups
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squads
  • Burpees
  • Pull Ups
  • Montain Climbers...

TABATA it is suitable as a supplement to the training routine, but should not be practiced as a single sport.

The Unit is short and needs only 4 minutes...20 sec workout (full power!!!); 10 sec. rest...and again!

Is not the same like HIIT (High-intensity interval training). HIIT has a slightly lower load, but longer intervals. Here the training time is 20 to 40 minutes and the intervals ranging from 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Have a nice day & stay tuned...OneRhythm&OneSpiriT...[R.D.]

Freeletics meets Calisthenics/ Homeworkout

19.08.2015 with David...

Warmup (20 min): jumping jacks; crunches; squat; lunge walk, wall sit

Main training (40 min): pushups, pullups, dumb bell for biceps exercises, lightboxing, dips

We do all the exercises in 1 hour. It was short interval training so we use for the respective styles 1-2 minutes, than change from the end till the beginning. This is not for everybody the best way, but one sample how you can do it. I like it to combine different exercises in different sports like...freeletics; Calisthenics and much more...

Amazing gym session!

Hey sports fan...yesterday I visited the gym called LOGO in Recklinghausen city. It was my first time since a couple of weeks, cause I like to make sport outside...

Between my Calisthenics, CrossFit & Freeletics sessions I visited among the things boxing clubs...ride a bicycle, running in the forest...

It was amazing to see the new training tower in gym...good for calisthenics, freeletics and others...

That's my world to combine different training practices. Not only use equipment for pure bodybuilding. I like functional stages to use my own bodyweight. That will give you a whole body load.

I start my training in the following way:

1. warming phase: running to the gym & rowing maschine

Stretching

2. functional tower HIT (High-Intensive-Training): squats; burpees; jumping jacks; push ups; chin-ups; different calisthenic movement

3. END: pure Abdominal training; Stretching...

Total time: 60 minutes

Have a greatful day...be blessed & use your gifts! [R.D.]
