Sport is my life...
Sport made my day and is a good everyday life compensation. I made sport over 20 years and try out many of different sports. It´s very interesting to combine all these influences to create a new an higher level exercises...
Sometimes it´s a great feeling to sense your body in high intensity. Try to make regularly training sessions. It´s more important how versatile and exacting your training is as the time you need. Half an hour concentrated training could be more effective than 2 hours of half-heartedness.
So stroke your body, soul and mind with meaningful sport and nutrition. Start now in your new balance lifestyle and support your daily workout!
It´s important to have a realistic destination. Not only lose weight or live healthy...look for some special moves...read some information, watch videos, get inspired by a couch, create your own style, do it together with friends or family...an much more!
